Job Description
We are looking for motivated degree or polytechnic graduates with IT experience to join our team as a Project Manager, leading customized IT projects that transform client requirements into actionable solutions. If you have a solid grasp of AGILE methodology, expertise in JIRA software, and experience managing stakeholders and sprints, we want to hear from you! A PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Agile Practices: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure smooth Sprint execution.
- Task and Resource Allocation: Translate client requirements into detailed project plans, defining schedules and assigning resources effectively.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and proactively address issues to maintain project momentum.
- Documentation: Create and maintain key project documentation (SRS, TDR, User Guides) to support seamless project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and recommend process enhancements to improve project execution efficiency.
