Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any Sigmawave services (including Sigma Terra, Sigma Accel, and any associated APIs), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Use of Services

You may use Sigmawave’s platform and services (including Sigma Terra and Sigma Accel) solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Misuse of the platform, including attempts to reverse engineer, resell, or exploit system vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited.

Data Ownership & Usage

All datasets, 3D assets, world model configurations, trained models, and validation results you upload or generate remain your exclusive intellectual property. By using Sigmawave’s platform, you grant Sigmawave AI Pte. Ltd. a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the requested services. We do not use your data to train our own models, and we do not share or sell customer data to third parties without your explicit written consent.

Credits & Billing

Platform access is based on credits, subscriptions, or custom enterprise agreements. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Additional configurations, custom integrations, or priority support may require additional credits or fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Deliverables & Revisions

Deliverables include synthetic datasets, world model environments, validation reports, annotations, and any other outputs as specified in your service agreement. Each standard package includes one (1) revision cycle. Additional revisions or custom modifications can be arranged through your account manager.

Limitations of Liability

Sigmawave AI provides its platform and services (including Sigma Terra and Sigma Accel) “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Users are responsible for verifying results before applying them in production systems.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to services will cease, but you retain ownership of your uploaded data.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Intellectual Property

All Sigmawave platform technology, software, algorithms, user interface designs, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of Sigmawave AI Pte. Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license to use the services as described herein. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Sigmawave platform without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of using the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, technical specifications, business strategies, pricing, and any data uploaded to or generated through the platform. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of two (2) years.
